For larger groups or special events, you can combine both properties to create the full Evergreen Acres experience, giving your group exclusive access to both The Barn AND The Retreat for an unforgettable stay.

With fully-stocked gourmet kitchens and three levels of living space across 3,500 sq. ft., each home offers plenty of room for your group to spread out and enjoy. The custom 10-foot maple dining tables, both indoors and on the porch or patio, make shared meals a highlight, while numerous conversation areas and cozy fire pits with string lights create perfect spots for gathering. Unique game rooms feature comfortable spectator seating and include activities like ping pong, foosball, and cornhole, ensuring there’s something for everyone. What our Guests say ...
Our 4 children and spouses, and our 26 grandchildren just finished a delightful stay at the Gatheryng House and Barn. The pond, hot tub, basketball court, soccer field and trails gave our teens and "middles" plenty to do. I thought they had more fun swimming and playing than a day at an amusement park: it was that much fun. The accommodations were excellent and thoughtful--. We felt so comfortable. The owners of the property were very attentive and responsive. I recommend this venue without the slightest qualification.

We loved our time at the Evergreen Venue!! The well-appointed home meets every need with tasteful decor and thoughtful touches. The amenities from walking trails to the pond to the fire pit as well as all the indoor fun spaces are incredible.
