Honestly - the pictures don’t do this place justice! We walked into the space and were absolutely blown away. We came to Ohio for a wedding, and wanted to spend as much time as possible with extended family who had flown in from all over the country. We had enough spaces for everyone to have some privacy, but well curated common areas for togetherness. This space was an enormous blessing and we are so grateful to have found it!

A family get together from 4 states made all the better by beautiful accommodations. Every amenity imaginable and supplies not just well stocked but with high quality products. The outdoor space was perfect for our 3 generations. Activities galore! Looking forward to booking with Lisa and Rich again. Fabulous hosts. We felt so well taken care of. 😀

This amazing, lovingly cared for property is well stocked with all things!!!! Lots to do such as arcade games, corn hole, theatre room, kayaks, Firepit and paddle boat out near the beautiful pond. There is a pizza place about 5 minutes away in Hiram that we liked as well as the BBQ place near by. There are some neat hiking opportunities pretty close such as Nelson Ledges. The owners have a great online resource tool for all things about the house and area. Very helpful! Beds were comfortable- no complaints from my crew. A peaceful, beautiful setting for a wonderful graduation family gathering. Thank you.

Our stay at Winding Wood Cabin was FABULOUS! There were 17 of us -8 children, 9 adults (2 mos. - 86 yrs.) - to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. The Cabin is gorgeous and every inch was absolutely pristine. We all had plenty of room for both relaxing and play. The pond is perfect for ALL ages! The movie room was stocked with fun treats and the kitchen was also perfectly stocked! We played, swam, boated, ate, laughed and made amazing memories. The beds were exceptionally comfy and all linens were spotless and fresh! No one wanted to leave! Lisa is an EXCELLENT host. She responded within minutes to every message from booking to check out.
Check in and checkout was very easy and smooth. The expectations for us upon checkout were very reasonable and easy. We HIGHLY recommend Winding Wood Cabin for ANY get together. We are now looking for an excuse to come back!! Thank you, Rich and Lisa for an incredible week!

As our family of 4 kids has grown up and out, we now lovingly share our wonderful property with you. We believe that connecting with one another, and across generations, happens naturally with thoughtful, fun activities to bring hearts together. Our vision is that you come to recharge yourself and your relationships while making those landmark memories that will be retold years to come. We consider every guest “our guest” and work to make sure everything, both expected and unexpected, is covered, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation too.
