3 season fun- 3 kayaks and a paddle boat, on the 1/3 acre private pond. The floating dock- the center of the action or a quiet oasis for swimmers and boaters. A relaxing soak in the hot tub or a session in the sauna might be more your style. Or maybe drink in some quiet fishing in the pond.
Theater Choices
Immerse in Cinematic magic. 120” projection screen & the massive sectional in the theater room. Custom speakers to make sure you can turn it up and experience the action! Or head outdoors for a backyard movie while soaking in the 12-person hot tub or relaxing on the patio sectional with the fire table. Plus, large TV's in each of the two rec rooms. Plug in family favorites from Hollywood or from your phone!
Full Sports Court
Pickle Ball Anyone? Grandparents vs the Grandkids? Or maybe Tennis, or Half-Court Basketball? Or maybe enjoy the fenced-in hard court for some tricycle time. Within ear shot of both homes, so those active guests can have their fun and you can easily call them back for dinner. "Wonderful place. Great spending rainy days on back deck with our friends and sharing a fire in great new outdoor fire place/chimney and fishing/kayaking from deck. View from back deck is ~270 degrees of gorgeous lake front and you feel completely alone and private when outback even though on the front of the house, neighbors seem closer. Highly recommend. Sparkling clean and good space. High ceilings, wide open kitchen with large island perfect for chatting while cooking, house seems nearly brand new."

"We had our family of 17 at this wonderful property for my mom's 80th birthday. Everyone loved it and there wan't a single moment of boredom - a tall order with kids. Between the games, hot tub and expansive property there was something for everyone. The house smelled great when we came in and was clean and comfortable. Everything was thought of, from ziplock bags to extra toothbrushes, it was all there.
Communication was easy and fast. We will be back again!

"Our 4 children and spouses, and our 26 grandchildren just finished a delightful stay at the Evergreen Acres Retreat and Barn. The pond, hot tub, basketball court, soccer field and trails gave our teens and "middles" plenty to do. I thought they had more fun swimming and playing than a day at a fun park: it was that much fun. The accommodations were excellent--I mean excellent and thoughtful--but without being over-the-top opulent. We felt comfortable. The owners of the property were very attentive and responsive. I recommend this venue without the slightest qualification. It was just great!
